Our turnkey rentals are high yield-producing assets you can directly own – and come renovated with a tenant and property management already in place. Property purchase prices start at $100,000 and can provide immediate yield (between 6-8%) in the first year. Available properties sell within 24 hours, and we update our selection weekly.
